Welcome. Harvard South Shore (HSS) is one of four ACGME-accredited four-year psychiatry residencies affiliated with Harvard Medical School. Our program combines the advantages of stable and expanding financial sponsorship by the VA Boston Healthcare System, training across a diverse consortium Harvard-affiliated sites to prepare residents for careers in any healthcare setting, and medium size (8 residents per year) for personal career development attention.

By mobilizing Harvard and VA resources, and drawing upon our diverse backgrounds, we generate a supportive environment for academic excellence that fosters superior clinical care and discovery.
